You’ve gone over and above with the assistance and guidance you’ve given us to deal with the difficult underfloor, helping us to decide what sort of floor covering would work and then doing remedial works to level the floor up. I don’t think we would have got that service from a mainstream retail business as they would have just wanted to come in and put the flooring down.
